Thank you for your interest in the Creative Management Group and CMG Models. We are a full service, licensed talent agency (TA-000624), based in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are currently in the process of becoming AFTRA and SAG franchise agents. We have contracts for modeling work throughout the nation and provide models for a wide variety of sporting events and entertainment venues. Our clients have included United States Smokeless Tobacco, Cadillac, NEXTEL, Stuff Magazine, Bank of America, Crown Royal, Bodog.com, Geico, Capital One, Southern Wines & Spirits, Harley Davidson and many more. In addition, our agency is non-exclusive, so you are welcome to work with other agencies.
The next step in joining the CMG model team is for you to download our paperwork you may then fax it back to us at 386-760-3961, scan and email, or send through traditional mail. The CMG Model Guidelines have been attached for you to read through and sign, as well as some mandatory addendums that some clients require prior to working for them. Be sure to have a witness signature on Addendum C before returning to CMG.
Once we receive your paperwork, you will be placed in our system so that when any events come up in your area, we will be able to contact you with all the details to see if you are interested and available for the assignment.

In addition to faxing your CMG model team paperwork, please email us any photos you may have of yourself. A variety is best and should include a headshot, full body or swimsuit, lifestyle and fashion as each client has different needs when looking for models and talent. We may post professional photos on the CMG website to better market you to potential clients.
